After all they both depend on business from local residents as well as commercial ventures to keep afloat.A spokeswoman for recycling charity says “we have a six million pound contract with local government which is renewing annually and we’ve had no intimation at this stage that there will be any restrictions placed upon it.Last Thursday, March 2nd, 2017 the Pennsylvania Senate unanimously voted to strike down a law that only allowed curbside pick-up recycling services provided by local government.
